  • How does OnPay sync with QuickBooks and/or Xero?

    OnPay has the most robust and customizable accounting software integrations of any payroll provider. Our integrations sync payroll data automatically every time a client completes a pay run. To get the GL looking just right, we also allow both custom item mapping and employee-level detail. We’ll even help you set it up. Take a closer look at our integrations with QuickBooks OnlineQuickBooks Desktop, or Xero.

  • Do you offer help switching to OnPay?

    Yes! Our in-house payroll experts will do all the heavy lifting — from setting up your dashboard to adding your clients and their employees. We’ll even enter any prior wages to make it easy to switch.

  • Can I manage which clients and colleagues have access to OnPay?

    We offer many levels of permissions to make it easier to delegate tasks, limit visibility into sensitive information, and let you choose how involved you want to be in running payroll for your clients. Talk to us to get a more detailed overview of how we can help.

  • Can I bill clients directly for payroll services?

    OnPay’s accounting and bookkeeping Partners can choose between having us bill clients or billing their clients directly. We also let you choose between passing a discount onto clients or taking a revenue share. Learn more about how our Partner Program works.
